Come to Amsterdam on 25 July for a unique hash experience ! With the good ship On On as our flagship vessel, we’ll set a trail through our 17ᵗʰ century UNESCO heritage canal system. With six to eight people on a boat, you’ll cruise your way through a trail that shows off Amsterdam from its best angle – the water level –

You need to register for this. See button under the picture. Announcing your presence in the app (or on FaceBook) does not count.

We’re still deciding what to include or not in this Canal Hash weekend. Clicking the registration button and filling in the form serves as both a way for you to (sort of) pre-register and get in the front of the list for the canal hash –and- to let us know what else you’d like to do for that weekend and beyond. Should we throw a party that evening? Hangoverrun on Sunday? that kind of things.

Today is also the start of WorldPride Amsterdam 2026, with the infamous Canal Parade on Saturday August 1ˢᵗ and the even more infamous Gay for a Day Hash that day. Indeed, two Amsterdam Hash Specials in eight days! You might want to come back for that or stay the whole two weeks!

Provisional plan: It is Amsterdam Pride Parade today, no better day for a hash. We pick a nice spot along one of the canals. Have a short run from there and make sure we are back before the parade starts. We have a very short circle -subtle hint for our RA-.

We do the run, watch the parade, have lunch, beer and fun. By the time the parade is near the end we start poking up the BBQ. After food there is no reason whatsoever to go home yet. It is Summer, we are in a nice spot, we have drinks and we are in good company. It is impossible to run out of anything, there is a supermarket around the corner. You come by public transport (Metro Waterlooplein). And even after it is all over, the night is still young.

The Pride Parade is part of a two week WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 Festival. On the first day of the festival (Saturday August 25ᵗʰ) we also have our unique Canal Hash by our very own Missing Link. Indeed, these are two Amsterdam Hash Specials in a row. There is no better reason to spend a week or two in Amsterdam.
